The Semper Fi Beard operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). We are closed on all federal holidays.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment
Please note: Delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
The Semper Fi Beard is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import taxes, duties, or fees
- Additional charges imposed by your local government or postal service

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed before purchase.
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Free Shipping promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We're committed to helping resolve shipping issues.
If your tracking information shows no movement for 7 or more business days, or the package is confirmed lost by USPS, please get in touch with us. After verification, we'll reship your order at no additional cost.
If both the original and replacement packages arrive, we kindly ask that you refuse delivery of the duplicate or return it to us.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
