Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of:
- Requests made outside of the 30-day return window
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products that are excessively used or intentionally damaged
