Lost or Delayed Packages
We are committed to assisting with lost or delayed package inquiries to the best of our ability. While most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting your local post office, we understand that delays can happen. If a package is delayed by four or more business days beyond the estimated delivery date, and the local USPS has been unable to provide a current location or updated delivery estimate, we will reship your order at no additional charge. In the event that both packages are delivered, we kindly request that you refuse delivery of the second package and return it to the sender.
